Description:

The sorting and grabbing system of dynamic tracking is composed of conveyor belt, 4 axis robot, visual detection system, camera and light source. The self-developed dynamic tracking system locates materials’ status and position through visual detection, guides the robot to sort and fetch the required materials, and finally achieves high flexible production.

•     No special requirements on materials’feeding and placement, and dynamic fetching and placing can be realized.
•     4-axis robot perfectly matches visual system to achieve rapid tracking and accurate positioning.
•     The same robot can dynamically track the materials on multiple belts and realize the effective management of           various materials.
