In auto parts industry, generally speaking there are more than 400 kinds of different parts specifications that need to be manufactured. Meanwhile, those manufactueres are facing recruitment difficulties because stamping post has high incidence of injury. Using maunal operation costs high, but low efficiency and precision.

1. It can realize automatic supplying, feeding, stretching and fetching by machine.

2. It can inspect whether the sizes of stamping products conform to the standards through visual precision positioning, as well as products with defective appearance. After its inspection, the items will be pushed into the receiving box by manipulator.

3. Configuration: Feeder. 4-axis stamping robot with swing arm, 5-axis stamping robot, positioning station, turnover mechanism, discharging device, fixture, visual inspetion robot + system.
